GMAT* Dates
The recent introduction of a computer-adaptive format for the Graduate Management Admission Test means that the answer to the question “When is the GMAT offered?” is essentially “Whenever you like!” The computer version of the exam means that the GMAC does not have to train exam proctors or make sure that paper copies of the exam are in stock at thousands of testing centers. Instead, the process of registering for and taking the exam is as simple as filling out a few forms online. Before you register for the exam, you can look online to find a nearby testing center. There are thousands of GMAT testing centers throughout the United States and the rest of the world. Once you find a testing center that is convenient for you, check the schedule. Every testing center has its own GMAT testing dates, so you need to make sure that you will be able to make an exam appointment that suits your own schedule. Once you have decided on GMAT dates and location, you can make an appointment. In order to do so, however, you will need to set up a user identification. This requires a valid email address. When you register, you will be allowed to list up to five institutions which you would like to receive copies of your official score report. You can ask for copies to be sent to still more institutions, though you will be assessed a bonus charge of $28 for each additional score report.
