The free SSAT Verbal practice test is specifically designed to ensure that the test-taker is knowledgeable about the SSAT and is able to know what to expect when it is time to take the Verbal portion of the SSAT.
The Verbal portion will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions that will address two main topics.
These topics are as follows: Synonyms and Analogies.
The synonyms section focuses on similarities and relationships.
The synonym questions are designed to assess the test-taker’s level of vocabulary.
The analogies are designed to measures the test-taker’s ability to logically relate two or more ideas.
This section will also measure the test-taker’s verbal reasoning skills.
Due to our foreknowledge of the domains of this test, we have ensured that the SSAT Verbal practice test will cover these topics thoroughly.
When taking this portion of the SSAT, you will have 30 minutes in total to complete the 60 questions.
